Healing Pains




The more you try to numb out the pain, keep yourself “busy” with work or people, or the more you try to deny your true feelings all together by pretending they aren’t there - the harder the healing will be...


When you honor and take accountability for how you feel without shame or guilt and really accept everything for what it is and not what you wanted it to be - real healing begins...


Nothing about healing is rainbows and butterflies... The pain we associate with healing is the realizations we stopped running from, catching up to us and the “feels” hitting us like a ton of bricks...


The process of healing isn’t to lay in ruins... Instead, the process is to break down old infrastructures that no longer serve us and rebuild with those same brick that tore us down and building stronger foundations to support our evolved selves...


We are the architects of our lives and everything good/bad about it... we design how we’re going to react and how we move forward... You have the power to make your blueprint exactly the way you need it to be, you just have to make sure you know and believe it yourself...
